Jessica Fenjves is a mental health counselor who works with children, adolescents and adults. She takes a psychodynamic and relational approach to treatment while drawing upon mindfulness and somatic practices to assist in mind-body awareness.
She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of New York and a Master’s degree in Art Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She received her B.S. in Media, Culture & Communications from New York University. She is interested in how people understand themselves and aims to provide a space in which shifts in self-perspective are invited.
Jessica offers a creative and integrative perspective to her work with individuals.
