Topics covered will include:

● The social model of disability and the neurodiversity framework.

● Common autistic traits and the subjective experience of autism.

● The heterogeneity of autism and “multiple spectrums.”

● Autism in women, people of color, and other “atypical” presentations.

● The impact of masking and minority stress.

● Differential diagnosis and co-occurring disorders.

● Resources for autistic clients.
